SHAREHOLDERS' TRIP 2026: CONNECTING, ENGAGING, AND EXPERIENCING YOMA IN ACTION
We were pleased to host our shareholders in Yangon from 24 to 27 February 2026 as part of our annual Shareholder Trip. For many participants, it was their first time visiting Myanmar and seeing our businesses on the ground.
While operating conditions in Myanmar remain challenging, what stood out was the resilience, energy and commitment across the Yoma Strategic Holdings Group. Experiencing our operations firsthand offered a deeper appreciation of how our teams continue to execute with focus and purpose.
From the Yoma Land teams developing communities that support the country’s evolving needs, to Wave Money driving financial inclusion in a fast-changing landscape, and our F&B brands – KFC and YKKO – delivering consistent service and quality, each interaction reflected the strength of our people and the values that guide our organisation.
Across the trip, shareholders had many opportunities to engage with our executives and senior management from site visits to informal conversations over lunches and dinners. These open discussions on strategy, long-term value creation and operating in Myanmar offered deeper perspectives on the Group’s direction under the leadership of Melvyn Pun, Chairman and CEO.
